The BEKO factory is an old factory sittuated in old centar of Belgrade, near the Danube river that has not been in function long time ago. The great location of the factory gives the opportunity to build a modern architecture that can be used on the city level of needs. The project was designed as a hotel and big congress center with big congress hall. The building of the factory was reconsructed and reused as the administration of the complex. This complex was organised as the huge multyfunctional building designed in the modern menner. On the ground flor there are lobby, shopps and restoran for the hotel guests. The building has two underground levels, on the first floor there are tehnical rooms and kitchen for the hotel guests with fist floor garage, and on the secnod  is the second floor garage with tehnical rooms. On the last floor of the building there is the restoran designed as the atraction of the complex. The facade was designed as a double facade made of glass and corten panels.
