The building is located at the old part of the Belgrade, as a pat residential part office building. The project was done as the technical project, designed in modern way. The building is situated on the corner of the Dubrovacka street and Visokog Stevana street, and because of it position, building is oriented to the two sides, north and west. Garage is located on the underground, while the offices are located on the ground and first floor. The other five floors are reserved for the apartments, organized for two, three and four family members. The facade of the building was done in modern manner, built with modern materials as thermal treated wood, aluminium and alucobond panels.
