Sremcic is the town few kilometers south from capital Belgrade. It is smal town with poorly developed urbanism, so the task of the project was to desgin a residential building that will interact with the beautiful nature that is in Sremcica. The idea was to make an interaction between the existing nature and the built architecture stracture. The problem was solved by immersing the buildin into the topography that is not flat. Because of the nature of the context, the building is organised that the apartments are oriented to the two sides, bouth north and south, and the garages are placed on the west and east sides of the building that are under the ground. Most attentions was devoted to the orgaisation of the apartments. There are five different types of the apartments in the building, also organised for two, three and four members of the family.
